How buying works
Inquiry based, with terms in writing.
Nevada Synergy's role differs by item. Some items are owned outright, others are held on consignment or listed on behalf of an owner. Each listing states which, because it changes who is responsible for what.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting an item and satisfying themselves as to its condition, completeness and suitability before purchase.
