Our commitment

Nevada Synergy intends for this website to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining the site rather than a one-time review.

Standards used

The site is developed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the working target. In practice that includes:

• Semantic headings with one clear H1 per page
• A skip link to the main content
• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element
• Labels on every form field, with errors described in text
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Color contrast checked against the palette used sitewide
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer it
• Layouts that work on small screens and at increased text size

Known limitations

Some content is supplied by third parties, including property search embeds, scheduling tools and external stores. Nevada Synergy does not control the accessibility of those services. Where a third-party tool creates a barrier, contact us and we will provide the same information and complete the same task with you directly.

Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier

Ongoing work

Accessibility is reviewed when pages are added or changed. Reports from visitors are the most useful input we get, and they are acted on rather than filed.
